BlueCurrent, the real estate developer, investor and manager of EV Charging Depots and EV Charging Hubs in the UK and Europe, has purchased a site in Belvedere, Bexley.
Located on Mulberry Way in Belvedere, the site is strategically positioned within south east London’s established industrial and logistics market, providing access to key delivery routes across Greater London and the wider south east.
The location is well suited to last-mile operators requiring proximity to dense urban population centres alongside secure overnight fleet charging and storage infrastructure.
BlueCurrent is now working on proposals for a new EV Charging Hub on the site.
