BlueCurrent, the real estate developer, investor and manager of EV Charging Depots and EV Charging Hubs in the UK and Europe, has purchased a prime east London logistics site in Barking, along the A13 corridor.
BlueCurrent is looking to capitalise on the site’s strategic location with proposals to bring one of its dedicated facilities to logistics operators in the area.
The site benefits from direct access to the A13 and North Circular Road, linking occupiers to central London, east London and Essex.
